I know, it's weird. I posted in Sally's. It looked like that from it's very first pip. I'm a little worried it's bacterial, but wouldn't that have killed it already?

I would think. Maybe the membrane is dry and his feathers is stuck to it and that's the discoloration you see?

Nope. It just finished hatching. Umbilicus is a little red and puffy. I'll treat it when I move the others out.
