That's good..knowing the immune system is up.Of course mine are constantly exposed going to dog shows and when I have puppies the vaccine sheds. Any tiny exposure bumps up their antibodies. I also do a blood test to make sure my mother dogs have a good titer before having puppies. They always have high titers.
My vet gave Gracie a 3-year shot for rabies, but on the certificate he wrote it expires next year.I don’t give mine any except rabies every three years.
NightWell, kids, it's getting to be sleepy time around here, so I guess I'll wish you all sweet dreams. Except Cap, her I'll wish a pleasantly busy and productive night as she polishes rocks, creates castles, throws pots, builds edifices, washes chickens, paints fences and just generally makes her world a whole lot better for herself and her livestock while the rest of us waste time snoring the night away, lol!(You know I love you, Cap!)

If they have had at least two vaccines usually you can do home quarantine. Some states rabies is only good for one year. They are doing tests though and are proving they most likely have lifelong immunity. My vet gave Gracie a 3-year shot for rabies, but on the certificate he wrote it expires next year.On the VERY unlikely chance she should bite someone after that date, she would legally be considered unvaccinated. Imagine the headaches. I think she would be quarantined 14 days and then possibly put down, I'm not sure.
