Granny must have gone back to looking at puppy pictures.

Went back and looked at this one again. I don't really see much pit. The ones we have around here have ears set higher and smaller eyes. This one looks like the mama dog in the other picture.

Granny, what was the breed on the pup that died. Hound of some sort?

Not since the amount of snow in 83. We've passed that amount this year! I think our prayers for moisture were answered.

This year's snow in our Sierra has the most water content since 1965. We are hoping for a cool spring so it doesn't melt all at once. This state has been hurting for water too.

You know what's sad? I don't mail letters much anymore. Christmas only. It's texting theses days. Packages here and there.
