I didn't realize that is an antibiotic. Symptoms seem identical to what my #2son experienced as a toddler on antibiotics that did not agree with him. Poor baby would double over crying and holding his stomach after every dose. Third time was the last and I asked them for a different antibiotic. They gave me all sorts of crap about it, but I won in the end, and gloriosky, the kid survived.
