Twist, I saved one cicumber to get the seeds out and save them for next year. Are they hard to come out? Have you ever tried to save seed?

I don't both are most veggies are hybrids now days and you won't get the same type of plant. Heritage/heirloom types you will. I do save the small taters for the next years seed, and dill. Some types of flowers.

I googled, apparently you slice first then cut the seeds out of the middle of each slice.

a melon baller works well for that.

well Cap sent me space savers and if it wont come back true then I wont bother.

farm tomorrow get to play swap the bobcat's. The farm one needs LOTS of work thanks to the idiot at the farm. Spending a night upside down in a ditch did NOT do the babcat any favors.

I did a batch and a 1/2 and ended up with 15 well filled pints.
