sure why not. My grandmother's sweet pickles you start with NON garlic kosher dills and then "doctor" them up.

Her pickled mushrooms are just canned mushrooms drained and then covered with italian dressing and let the steep.

I've got a mandolin for slicing. Have used an electric slicer in the past for making pickles.

I need to find a new wooden crock for making a batch of 7 day pickles. It's been a long, long time since we made them but they were worth the effort.

I was notified that a first cousin died last evening this morning. We will be going to her funeral Saturday. While on the road when my wife is driving I may can hook my tablet to her hotspot and keep up with my annoyance right on.

Sorry to hear about your cousin. I wouldn't even know if i had a cousin die. They never lived near us. And we never stayed in touch. Same for my brother who hates me.
