Granny's gone and done it again

I went out to light the fire for the turkey fryer and with what feels to be 30+ mph gusts I decided to wait until tomorrow after this front is done trying to make its presence known. I'll give the boys a light feeding tonight and by noon tomorrow they will be empty and ready once again for a trip to freezer camp. Now I know why I need some kind of small building like my grandfather used in the 40's to process chickens in. He supplied a local airbase I think. His little operation was government inspected and never once did he get a citation. My mom didn't tell me about this until long after his death and my fathers death. Dad and his brothers all worked in the family business processing chickens,
The weather never cooperates. First it is too hot then too cold.

Even high winds blowing dust... Can't win. The next 3 days are looking good. Better with each passing day. Warmer and not so windy. I still have other things that need doing ASAP. I need 3-4 more hoop coops like yesterday. To many birds roost out of coops in the rain. Rain in summer was OK but not in 40° temps.

I can't recall the last time i had energy.
I had a lot of energy when we first started building coops. Then after a few falls my energy level went over the Bell Curve.... I seem to use a lot of my energy watching where I put my feet down instead of just waking to where I want to go now.
