I like to brine, inject with garlic chicken broth, and then deep fry. I used to like the smoked ones from the stores but they have been bad the last two we have bought.

I'm allergic to the Nitrates and Nitrites. It makes my throat swell a bit. So, no commercial hot dogs either.

Not me, except raw honey and a bit of maple syrup. Conventional/white sugar is gross.

that sucks. Its also a new one on me. Only thing I know about them is checking my fish water and treating it if its too high Can you drink tap water?

The only thing I'm known to be allergic to is penicillin and sulfa drugs and mold. Well I have an allergy to going hungry.
