they had butter on sale for 4 bucks a pound, I controlled myself and only bought 18 pounds. Gas with ethanol was 3.20 a gallon today.

I just got up and took bedtime meds. Barely made it to bed earlier and then woke up and can't go back to sleep. No wonder. Enjoyed reading Twist tonight. He brings good humor to the evening.

Bacon?

Bacon's pork.
Will occasionally have turkey bacon. IHOP has it on the menu, we eat there, oh, once a year maybe. When eating out it's amazing how careful we have to be to avoid pork, they put it in EVERYTHING. Green beans and other veggies. Even have to ask not to have it on your salad or potato.

It's been a while but I like my bacon in potato salad. Thanks for the reminder as we just bought big bags of taters and several lbs of of bacon.
