I haven’t heard that expression since the 60's-70's. My mom used to say it. Stopped after we had lived here in the west for a while. Moved from the south. Brought back memories.

My mom used to say this world is going to hell in hand basket.

With all of my rescue and fostering and having my own dogs I don't for the life of me remember ever needing an x ray.

When your cat won’t use it front leg for three days you need to see if it is broken.

As a breeder I stay all my breeding dogs to make sure they have good hips. One of thee requirements by my breed club.

You are very lucky your animals have never needed X-rays.

Nope neither broken or dislocated. Vet thinks an ancestor or cellulitis happening in the shoulder area. Vet aspirated fluid from that area, plus cat had a fever. Put him on ABX.

Morning all, Pain is bad right now. and it’s raining too.

I am sorry, my shoulder is causing me pain. Hard to not use it when you are in charge of all the animals. It will rain here tonight.
