The meds I am getting are not sold without a script in the US. I have seen drugs sold otc in Mexico for a lot less than what we pay here. Never bought any but new people who a few decades back crossed over just to buy certain meds there for pennies on the dollar.

My mom and stepdad did that. Bought pills for their asthma. Ended up killing my mom. They were prednisone.

Mostly mine was a sharp pain. As they healed they turned into a steady dull pain that got worse if I would forget and roll over onto the wrong side.

I mostly heard about guys going across to get those little blue pills. There were others that had been prescribed by a doc so infect they just got scripts filled at least some of the time and a far as I know that was legal.

I've taken a whole lot of prednisone but never without a script. That is one med that is a two edged sword. It can kill you or save you. It's not one to self medicate with. I hope I never have to have again.

Would love to get ultrasound to check my goats for pregnancy.

I prefer to have my vet do it. The "girls" are NOT amused by the procedure and it takes another 3 or 4 trips thru the chute system for them to work easy again. BUT, now that Sunny is gone its going to seem like a breeze either way. Oh, and Curly and Annie are out there with them also.

Well, being a nurse helps. And doing my own vet work as much as possible for the farm animals. It's so crazy expensive!
