What his wife told me was that he got spinal injections with Botox. I've heard both good and bad. When it works it is the greatest thing since the polio vaccine. When it doesn't it's a waste of money. I think that's why the FDA is dragging their feet on it like they did for laser surgery for prostate cancer with a robot.I'm hoping that a new procedure that involves nothing but an injection is approved by the FDA for back pain so insurance will cover it. I know of one person who paid for it and it worked for him. His wife relayed the message to me a couple years ago.
