I had a renter come over about 1/2 hour ago complaining it was to HOT in his place, I almost smacked him upside the head. Gave him an idea to try and will try and get my boiler man back tomorrow.

took me over 2 hours to file the sales and bed tax quarterlies today, WHY because it must be done on line. First they didn't like the login that I used 3 months ago and then they didn't like the password and down the rabbit hole it progressed. Had the SOB's just sent me the paper form I would have been done in less than 15 minutes.
