when I went to pick up meds today I stopped at mcdonalds and scored their breakfast. I was 2 mins ahead of lunch and ate good. I never get breakfast! So ya, that was good.

Thank You Caps. He did as I slept well last night. I'm having breakfast now and as early as it is I'm going to lay back down until the sun is up. Watch those falls. I'm an expert at falling now. Since we moved into this place here in AL I know I've fallen 8 times and the 7th time is when I broke some ribs and once since making them worse.

Granny something tells me in my inner gut that you really do want to stop smoking. You need and have friends that care and are here to help you with that. The dollars spent on government legalized dope would certainly help with the food budget and heating in the winter months. Every time you cut one out you win a little battle that can lead to wining the war and we all celebrate that victory with you. If it was not for the tax dollars the government rakes in form cig sales they would have been illegal years ago. I worry about you and your family getting really sick from those coffin nails as we called them when I was in high school. I look back now at my classmates that smoke and died really young and know if they had had a crystal ball into the future they never would have touched the first one. You need all the support you can get. I wish I had a magic key that could help you kick them out of you life but I don't. I think that there are to many gimmicks being sold that don't work. I hope you get this heat problem fixed very soon and then you can focus on other life threatening problems. As far as taking deep breaths like the Doc told you I was told the same. I hope you are able to take good deep breathes now and it not hurt when you do. I struggled at first and after a couple weeks I could. See you off and on today as once the sun shines and the temp gets up into the 50's I need to get some things done for the feathered kids. You take good care of your clan too.
