Stevia is just as much a natural sweetener as cane sugar. I want to grow my own in a greenhouse and process our sweetener from it. Makes great iced tea.

I carry Stevia in my purse and order unsweetened tea in restaurants or decaff, and sweeten it with Stevia. Great stuff! Not chemical!

Maybe around Ks City? That's on the west edge of the state. I'm down here in the SE corner. Although, not sure. We don't watch news or anything on Sabbath ... but our phones would have alerted us if tornadoes in the area, and we didn't get any alerts.

Isn't Truvia a combination of Stevia and a form of Dextrose? We've used a lot of Truvia in the past. We normally bought the store brand from Publix when we used it. Same content.
