Some days are always better than others but none are as bad as they could have been. There is an old song from my era about "Baby the Rain Must Fall". Some times we just have to have some rain even though we might think it is not needed.

I looked into what Ma has been doctoring my water bottles with. It's a Walmart store branded mixed berry flavored mix of electrolytes.

I was gonna buy those the other day but then I got the Liquid IV. I might try those next time though as they looked really good and they’re way cheaper.
