We had BBQ chicken last night, it's her favorite! She can still have chicken, eggs and fish. And fruits, vegs, beans, seeds, legumes, and some grains - oats, rice and corn.

I was slightly allergic to green beans but kept eating them and that allergy went away. So did the mushroom powder allergy. Tested allergic to mold and broke out big time from a shot of Bicillin. I told that nurse I was allergic to mold. She didn't listen. A couple days later she saw what she did to me. The she had to give me some kinds of shot to get the hives off of me.

I need to ponder on this for a while Blue. Your right of course . I have treated him like he is the most important thing in the world. Thats why Im still making his sandwiches.

You know my kid is autistic too. It has been a STRUGGLE, but we have made real progress. He knows the world does not revolve around him. He knows other people have needs and rights. It wasn't easy. He did not always understand ownership. The cops were involved more than once. But he has to be able to survive in this world without me. I'm old. I won't always be here to take care of him. Stop making his sandwiches. Stop treating him like a baby. He's not stupid. He's not helpless. It won't be eady. But it's your job to teach him how to survive in the world without you.
