Granny's gone and done it again

My hair turned white on top long before it did around back, it just does. In fact, at 71 it's still darker in back.

Mine hasnt turned yet but it became very thin.

I think I'll have gray hair within a couple of years like my maternal grandfather had and my mom had. My paternal grandfather died at about 72 and I hardly remember him and my dad died at 54 so he wasn't old enough for gray hair. I have a gray beard when I let it grow for a week to 10 days between shaves.

When I was an adolescent my mom would pay me a penny a hair for the grays ones she had. Then she started to cut my pay and I didn't want to work anymore. I had some serious things to play with like my pet chickens back then.

Only a touch of gray in sideburns. None on top or sides yet. Can't see the back side but don't think there are any back their yet. I don't ever really look to see what there is up there. I know it is thinning a little.

And yes I am 77 for awhile longer. About to run out of birthdays before those 80's start rolling the odometer over.

Frosty has been acting off today. Like she did something wrong or afraid she will be punished. Im worried about her. She is around 12 I think

I am a bit stoked. My Kid, who is going to be a Senior this year, has indicated that he wants to study Theology in college, and is thinking about going into the ministry. He still has an interest in computer programming and has not decided which will be his major. Either way, Grandma is pleased.
