Granny's gone and done it again

My silver haired grandfather was 82 when he died. He was on the operating table to have an aneurysm of the aorta repaired when it ruptured.
I have one of those in my iliac My sister just died from one the same time I found out I had one

My maternal grandmother died at 94, as I recall. She would have lived longer but she decided she was done and stopped eating. My dad's mom was 88 and I think she had cardiac issues. I was just a teen at the time and nobody told me nothin'. Dad was in his 90's and couldn't check out fast enough after the love of his life died; mom was in her late 80's I believe. She'd had cervical cancer but died of myelodysplastic syndrome, a blood cancer. My sister did too, within a year of mom, which is weird. There's been a lot of that in the women in my family, which is supposedly not genetic. Interesting anyway. So if I don't die of sickness or an accident, I guess I could live a long time.

That's like what they call a joke, son.

Paternal grandmother was 93 and Maternal grandmother was in her late 70's. She had all kinds of arthritis as far as I know. I was young enough when she died I do not remember much about her. Never got to see her when she was not bed ridden.
I only remember my one GM on moms side. I think the rest were already gone by the time I came along
