This pic was on Facebook from supposedly a shelter in Thailand. How can you tell when things on Facebook are AI produced?

You can't except IMO this is ridiculous. It would take a lot of training to get this many dogs to (a) hold metal bowls like this and (b) line up so perfectly. I call AI.

Banana bread. Reminds me that I have bananas in the freezer that need to be turned into bread. Maybe tomorrow. It's finally cool enough here to think about running the oven again and DH was hoping for a cake today that I didn't get done. Maybe Banana Bread will suffice. Without nuts, dang it. I'm allergic to tree nuts which just seems like cruel and inhuman punishment since we have a timber wild Black Walnuts and Hickory nuts all around us.

Plus my gastroenterologist warned me that if I ate nuts I could count on a trip to the ER thanks to the diverticular disease I have. Sometimes I think it might be worth the risk....sometimes.

Could you use nut meal instead of chopped nuts?

I wish. I also have the nut allergy. Two or three days of nausea, stomach and gut cramping then a first class case of the green apple two step. All I can eat is peanut butter. Not even a real nut. And I wouldn't put it past my digestive track if suddenly I couldn't eat that either.

She used Surejell for no sugar or low sugar recipes with the Splenda. If we get grapes this coming weekend the experimenting starts. Need to acquire some of the other natural sweeteners and go to work. A cup of Spenda replaces a cup of sugar. I don't know about the others. I'm going to open a jar of the Splenda jelly tomorrow if I can wait that long.
