I talked to SD today. Her surgeon is going out of town til Monday so she is going home and will come back for surgery. It's a scary one. They will take the shunt out of her head leaving scar tissue in its place.

Why are they doing that?

my old stomping grounds. When I was a kid I used to rent a horse at a riding stable called Hidden Velley somewhere near there for half a day. Actually I think it was near Boulder. Anyway, gorgeous country.
