Granny's gone and done it again

Chick, I sprayed the INSIDE of my house, around the windows. Window sills, frames, all around. I figured that's where they were coming in at. They were all on the north side of the house, interestingly. And the cool thing is, this lemon oil smells good and is non-toxic. About a month later I took Windex and cleaned my windows real good as they were, well ... oily, lol. But we've never had a problem since then.

That is what we have been doing now and in the past, Pert. It works but you can go back 30 minutes later and there are twice as many in their place. We use our shop vac which has a longer hose and attachments that will reach to the ceiling. I vacuum up some 7 veggie dust into the bag and go to work. When the smell gets too bad I spray a couple of squirts of perfume or pet scent remover like Nature's Miracle down the hose and it pretty well handles the smell. The 7 dust kills them in the bag. When the season ends for them we change out the bags.

@BigBlueHen53 is right. you can go outside and they are hanging on the side of the house, the window screens, flying around under trees. They love the sunlight and seem to be drawn to white siding. Our siding is white metal siding which seems to be what the Amish prefer when they build. This siding has ridges in it so no matter how hard you try you can't seal up all the places where they can get into your house. I shudder to think how many are in the outside walls.
I'm not having a problem with ladybugs but fruitflies are getting aggravating even though I have no fruit.

What are you giving her? They make a liquid that gave my puppy for pain.
Carprofen. At someone else's suggestion to give her the whole pill at once, I decided to cut it only in 1/4's instead of 1/8's this evening. After the first several tries didn't work, I went back to splitting them in smaller pieces again so she can swallow without chewing. 8 more pills. She finally perked up today and started running figure 8s through the rooms!I hated making her stop but I want her healthy. Tomorrow is a week. One more week to go.

This was Betty in Dec when I got her. 5mos old and 5 lbs. She is so sweet, I would feel horrible if I got a pill stuck in her throat because it's too big
