I have a website I can chat with someone from my insurance company that has medicaid plans in AL. As I suspected it is based on income levels and varies by state. I'll check it out but I'm very doubtful. With my hips needing a mobility scooter for getting around on the farm and Ma needing one to pack oxygen around with we might just get some funding for those high ticket items. It would be nice to get her a portable oxygen generator too. I see that premiums are charged for some medicaid plans. No direct information from a government site I check on. It all originates with a government contractor working with the feds.

No medicaid. We both get SSI plus I get a small monthly pension. I doubt we would qualify.

We certainly don’t qualify but it is hard to make ends meet. Esp with all this Christmas buying.

I did hear they will hopefully get rid of the windfall exemption for SS. Passed the house and now Biden needs to sign it. We are only getting 30 percent of what SS we should get because we both have a state pension. We both worked and payed into SS the money is ours.

Did you see the senators gave themselves a raise. From 160,000 a year to 250,000. Must be nice to give yourself a raise.
