You don't want burst pipes under a trailer house, especially if it's sealed off under the pipes!! That spells disaster.

DH says they are but he doesn't know how deep off the top of his head. I am trying to remember from when we had the plumbing re-done a couple years ago. I'm thinking where the water line comes into the basement. It may be three feet below grade? But I'm guessing. I'll look at it tomorrow.

OH thanks NOW I remember @pertnear09 the water lines enter in the basement about a foot off the floor. This is in houses.
