because I "northerner's" like to share (as we were taught) and to make them appreciate their "normal" winters.

Things like that is what makes you hate snow. The last place I lived, if you didn't get the sidewalks cleared first thing, you would get a fine. I hated that cause I wanted to clear around the house first. The house was set way back from the road and I didn't like trudging through deep snow on a hill that was almost to steep to walk down just so I could clear the side walk first. That was working backwards for me

here we have 72 hours from the time the snow stops. To which in my mind that means the "City" should have 72 hours to get all the streets plowed. INSTEAD of waiting for God to take it away since he sent it.

When they Plow me in now, I use the bobcat and put it back out in the middle of the street. "2 can play at that game"

becoming cranky and militant in my older age.

I dono. Can't get a straight-up answrr from my dr. He has said I am "insulin resistant," but I could not pin him down on whether that means, Is I is or is I ain't diabetic. My last couple of A1c numbers were 5.6 and 5.2 or thereabouts. My morning fasting numbers are 99 to 110, a LITTLE over the 100 preferred. So ... . I still don't know.

I like Drs who speak my language too. They get paid enough that they could interpret their schooling to our language.

If it snows by you, the stores will sell out of bread and there will be no day old bread for your southern belles. Did you stock up?
My chickens won't come out. They are getting all our leftovers including tid bits of chicken if DH chews his up and can't swallow it.
I think chicken poop smells worse if they eat human food
