Granny's gone and done it again

Hoping my SS stays put. I can live on that the rest of my life and hopefully an Annity my husband left me. Sad thing though. First, this one was booming the last few years. All of a sudden I get a notice that it's down more than 20,000 dollars. There goes a few years. But who's to say how long I live. 😏
I'm blessed to have Austin and Bronwyn. They say if I lose my moneys they'll take care of me. They already are in a lot of different ways. How did I get so blessed?
Well, I'm following suit with Larry. Morning nap time. Even if I don't sleep, the laying down helps.

Granny, I checked the no stick blood sugar apps. I think they have to be covered by your insurance or paid or of pocket. In my experience, insurance only covers it if you are diabetic. Not with just hypoglycemia as the diagnosis. I had to buy my glucose system out of pocket. So I will buy myself more strips. My blood pressure is 99/68. So my symptoms are likely hypernatremia (dehydration with high sodium levels) from my kidneys. I lose a lot of fluid because my kidneys don't put it back in me. As I lose fluid, the sodium stays in me and that's what makes me feel sick. Those symptoms feel like low blood sugar and it can also make you pass out. I can't test my sugars till I have the strips. I won't drive today

I have just the opposite problem. I never have enough salt in my system. Probably a good thing because I do love my salt.
I have seen a commercial for insurance paying for low sugars as well as high. It can be just as dangerous if not more so. I don't think it would hurt to ask your Dr. or insurance. If Dr. does a PA after you're turned down a lot of the time you are then approved. I'm sure you probably already know this but what you don't realize is you're giving up the fight before round one. :hugs
