Granny's gone and done it again

OMG you have real Dark Cornish? All my original stock was from a guy that showed. The trio I got from him had a 14 pound rooster with an over sized comb. The girls were nice. They all had to be placed seven years ago when we started our house build. I'm now starting over with...Murray McMurray Dark Cornish. Not my choice, but what is available for me.
My original Dark Corning came from Murray McMurray in Feb of 2023. They were actually good layers and big heavy girls too. I kept 2 roosters and 8 hens in a coop. It was so much fun watching the two roosters herd the girls in at dusk. One would stand guard the coop door and not let a hen come back out while the other rooster rounded up the hens one by one. I hope that you have your Dark Cornish on order as they are showing Sold Out for 2025 right now.

Thank you, my Dark Cornish are arriving next week. I ordered early in February. It makes me feel better you have some success with your McMurray DC's. The birds they are showing on their website are not great representatives. I'm use to my big birds.
