Granny's gone and done it again

I didn’t used to walk him regularly :lau
But you do now. Same thing in my book🤷🏼‍♀️ lol
You folks that walk your dogs, do you live in town? Do you have to walk your dogs to give them exercise, or ... so they can get out of the house to poop? We live on 10 acres in the middle of cow pastures and forest, and our dogs come and go at will through dog doors. I reckon they get plenty exercise chasing each other around, chasing rabbits and squirrels, and they can poop wherever and whenever they want. So my poor dogs don't get taken on walks unless someone is working on obedience training.
I have always lived in town. I was better about walking, still not great, when my past dogs did not have large yards. The house we bought has a large privacy fenced yard so walks went out the door.

In town but we have a large backyard plus on a marsh so I don’t technically have to walk him but I have a few reasons why I walk him more now lol a big reason is family influence which is a good thing actually LOL

We used to live on almost 3 acres most of which was wooded and would walk in the woods all the time plus walk down the street to some ponds plus across the street to cranberry bogs plus hiked a lot so we used to walk a lot then stopped for a while when I stopped driving and we moved away from a lot of the close walking/hiking paths/trails but now I started again. We just go for short 10-15 or maybe sometimes 20-30 minute walks though lol

How are you Iris? And Larry? Seems like its been a long while since Ive talked with him. @Rambling Iris
We are doing OK for a couple of old foggies. He is still having problems with his back. I'm fine staying busy with the garden and doing the things he can't do. Youngest daughter is here for a few days and is a big help.
