I use a five tray Excalibur dehydrator.
125 degrees for 25 hours.
This is the only tray that was ready to take out, I reset it for an extra five hours for the other four trays to continue, they have apple juice dehydrating in them.

How thick does that finish up to be? Is it stored in empty cans or?

I like storing it in a glass jar that I vacuum seal with a cordless vacuum sealer.
