That looks like engine block heaters we used to use in NW Missouri in the winter. Idiot neighbor put a pan of hot charcoal under his motor and set it on fire!

Got the fence done. Whoot.
Cooper runs up and down it, stops, looks up at the top of it..glad I got the 4ft now. The other dog barked, no more nose to nose at the vinyl fence.
