We don’t have an option to pay them separately here in California. Is your house paid off? If your house isn’t paid off they add it to your mortgage payment.

and here if you don't pay your property taxes for 3 years the county takes it and and auctions off you property. You get whats left after they take their money. Over 50% of my property taxes are for the schools. And the SOB's still want more.

the "holy terrors" are currently sleeping out in the lobby. BUT , if I don't want to be scrubbing floors after closing OR in the morning I really should wake them up.

Hauled to 6 ft long bobcat buckets of clothes and shoes and what not out of that apartment today. The motel bobcat is working GREAT. Very happy.

Not really but we finally found out my BIL is in recovery. It was a nine hour surgery

that's a long time! What did they do?

that's what I do as well only use creamed corn.

Love creamed corn. Never have it though. so no gravy for you either?
