Haha! My brother borrowed the little car for awhile (his car had blown up) and had to put a new battery in it. Hubs took that new battery and switched out the one in his car on Friday night! hahaha! Reasons for turning it in: the alternator is going out (again!), leaky head gasket, heat doesn't work, defroster fans don't work, plastic bits are deteriorating, slow unknown oil leak, paint about gone, door lock fussy, back window bracket won't stay closed, need the room for other cars, we haven't used it much in the last 3 years but still pay insurance, registration, and smog testing, AND they gave me way more money than it was worth. But I will miss it. Manual transmission, no power anything, no ac. I'm too old for no ac. Also, no airbags, so insurance for one of the boys to drive it is actually higher than for a newer car.why did you give that car up ? You could at least took the battery.
Oh, but was it baby blue? I wanted a baby blue one.Wishing, had me a 64 Mustang once. Sadly, it was a worn out piece of junk. Kept it in my garage for about a year gonna rebuild it. Ended up selling it to my brother
