fried burgers today . I bought a new spice and it is NOT good. Not sure what I was thinking. stood there too long looking at them all. LOL Brown sugar and bourbon for hamburgers. Sweet hamburgers are gross.

Dales seasoning for any meat try it , it's savory !!!!

no, I dont remember because this all new to me. Guy across the road is getting ready to raise them. He said low and slow . That is the only info I have. Never tasted it before so how am I supposed to know if its good ? LOL its frozen and I only got 2 so wont be enough for the 3 of us and dont know if anyone will like it is why I want to fix it w/ the loin. No one has ever had any.

there should be cooking directions on the package you bought to be honest the firs ttime around that is what I would do SINCE they are already seasoned.
