Ya, thats MG I was very polite on the thread simply asking if anyone knew who to contact. I would show you but I took it down.My friend and I went to the Modesto chicken show. We saw some birds for ale and their eyes were bubbling. My friend said they were sick. She had chickens so I thought she knew. We reported it to numerous people but nothing was done. Finally since we wouldn't shut up we were told oh that breed of chicken stresses easily and that's what they do.
Someone showed birds with BUBBLY EYES??My friend and I went to the Modesto chicken show. We saw some birds for ale and their eyes were bubbling. My friend said they were sick. She had chickens so I thought she knew. We reported it to numerous people but nothing was done. Finally since we wouldn't shut up we were told oh that breed of chicken stresses easily and that's what they do.

I got told off by a few people on the gossip page including who ever runs the chicken part of the 4 h. And a couple pms . One from a lady I know . I see her at the swaps. She said I was talking about her chickens and they were watered and thank you for my concern. They claim they were never without water and I needed to stop trying to ruin kids fun and dont come back.
sure wish I would of had my camera with me.
I was told I needed to tend my husband and stay the hell away from the fair by another.
Those chickens were in distress and had no water and I will stand by my word til my last breath but I realized None of those words really mattered because as one person said , I ruffled some feathers and bet your sweet ask they are all watered now.
I would cull one of my chickens before I would let them be in those conditions. It was no different then Tyson farms.
Would love some rain here. Oh I will go turn on the sprinklers.Storm hit. Power went out 2x. @twisted-acres-farm I got your rain!

This last one is the end of the porch. Washed most of the mulch away
So can a 10 week old puppyBeen a few places with no water or shade to get out of the heat. Makes me mad and I usually say something. I also would have told those that were not there at that point in time to shut their mouths and stuff it.
Tyson farms? Wow that says a ton. I know somebody who worked for Tyson after leaving Purdue. Left Purdue because the birds often got better treatment than the workers tending them. Worked at Tyson for a few months. Left Tyson and went back to work at Purdue.
My one sow has a litter and we were selling the babies. She was so mad she flipped all 6 water sources in her pen. We go to show the guy purchasing a piglet the Mama and there she was with no water. He was smart enough to see the ground was soaking wet. He mentions that she must have had a fit and dumped all her water tubs and pans.
Nothing like watching a 180 lb sow have a tantrum. Oh and they can toss a tantrum to make a toddler proud.
