Granny's gone and done it again

Hi grannyland, Pam I thought you were having a test done on your heart today that they would know how much damage was done to the bottom of your heart from your last HA
I did ! He made the underside of my breast bleed. it really hurt. still does.

Have had sort of a pissy day. Weather has been wet & miserable making me grumpy. Chicken runs are mud & stink to high heavens. Juvie roos are starting to cause lots of trouble. 2 of which are supposed to be from show quality birds ~ my arse. Their combs are like snakes & both have tail feathers going in all directions. I got rid of my other CCL roo's for these dummies :mad: I think I'm going to cull them when I do the others. Then I go into the Serama run to spend some time with them & broody momma & her 4 FBCM chicks. Was hoping to get a few hens for my roo. Paid good money for the eggs, 4/6 hatched. Out of the 4, looks like 2 are roo's & 2 are hens. That's ok, at least a couple hens, but then I got to looking closer & one chick doesn't have feathered legs like the other 3 grr..... must be the person that sold me the eggs had regular BCM & FBCM and inadvertently gave me an egg from the non feathered leg marans  of course it would be a hen. The roosters I will be trying to sell. I think I should of just went back to bed this morning. Picked gardens in the rain to stock veggie stands. Just so I can throw it to the chickens tomorrow or the next day depending how warm it gets. The farm stand that went in at the end of our road has killed our business. I warned hubs tonight that this summer is the last summer for the veggie stand. My back problems are making it nearly impossible to pick without lots of pain. I will still have a small garden next summer for fresh eating veggies & for canning but that's it. I just can't & won't continue to kill myself for a buck.

Hugs, i had a crappy day too! The skylight in my coop leaks, the critters are eating my garden, and one of the pets has been peeing on my sofa seat! Also, people keep inquiring about my kittens but no one wants to pay the price for a Siamese . Oh yeah, and every time i went out it started raining again. All we can do is hope tomorrow will be better.
