Mine was loose in the house too. It would run up your leg and sit on your shoulder. I had a collar and leash for her and took her to my classes at university . She liked to travel in the hood of my coat. She was afraid of trees.Because no one is hiring locally. aka within a 45 minute drive. Hours are long so if I had to drive over an hour to be there at 6am and leave after 7pm... it's not worth it. And I always had to work rooms on Friday.
My uncle had a squirrel when I was little. A tree fell down and it had a nest. Little bitty thing. Gave it cats formula with a bottle. He had it running loose in the house! It chewed the head off of his toothbrush and somehow got in the cookie jar on the fridge. I remember it bouncing from the couch to person to the table lol he used to call it squirrel a whirl![]()
