Dug a ditch on one side of the coop, husband cut off the stump of a small tree there for me. Stapled hc to another side of the coop. Put the last perch in one side of the coop. Painted one side of the front door twice, the other side needs one more coat. DH says he likes the color. Attached plywood pieces to the ends of some perches in the run so chickens are safer when on the perch. Put a hook on the inside of the back door so it will stay shut when i am in there feeding.
I want to build another feeder today as well.

emergency trip to walmart as my front desk printer ran out of ink last night. I had 3 extra cartridges, 2 were dry and the other exploded in package OF COURSE I didn't notice that until it had been well and truly handled . I have to order them online and about a week to get, CAN"T wait that long and the printer/copies/fax machine is over 10 years old. SO just get a new one and now it won't work with the computer up there because something needs updating and that computer is NOT internet ready (on purpose for security reasons, people's cc numbers) Then as long as I was going Angie gave me a list. So 225.00 I am back. Also did billing and entered everything into back office computer. Trying do decide how to make the front issues work.
