Oh, that is so true, I swear you can almost watch them grow and change if you star at them long enough.

Well. So that house we were supposed to check out yesterday...went off the market. Pending sale.

Sigh.

Our realtor was pushing the house with the sceptic in the driveway (uh no) and "oh shall we check out a house with no yard and good luck fitting all your vehicles"

So. It's basically going to be keep our eye on what's for sale, and wait some more.

Oh well. I told hubs my bankroll plan and got no opposition so....yay.

I absolutely hate that you are "stuck" with this realtor --- I mean, seriously, talk about not listening AT ALL to what your client, the person you are supposed to be WORKING FOR is looking for, needs and wants...............

Morning all! Quiet day here today -- took a day off from taking Z to the park after dropping DS at school so I am home early and enjoying a little bit of time with the house all to myself. FIL is picking DS up after school so they can go work on a project in his wood shop, DH and I will head that way for dinner when DH gets home from work. There is talk of needing to start playing cards, etc to help pass some winter evenings as a family - I told DH that was fine, but probably meant he should teach me some of the games first, lol.
Not a whole lot planned for my day, just the way I like it.
