I love roasted veggies with ranch dressing. Beets carrots cauliflower broccili asparagus onions butternut squash tators

How long do you roast them? I just hate cutting them up but I love roasted veggies. They are so sweet.

I just want more of anything. One egg a week isn't cutting it.

And granny and any other polish owners

My white polish hen is molting along with all my others I got at the same time.
She is staying in the coop all day. I am worried she isn't eating or drinking.
Anyone else see this with their polish? I am concerned about her.

this is the first time I have ever seen a heavy molt. I lost a polish for no reason that I could tell except she was a little thin. Her feathers were falling everywhere. Only my polish are molting hard and I havent had a white egg in a couple weeks.

That sounds good. That's what I want to learn to do. Garden a huge percentage of our food.

Right before we left the old house I was starting to teach myself some basic vege. Gardening using a grow light... Never got passed the starts. Had to give them all away. Never new if they grew properly or learned about staggering and seasonal growth.. Never learned how to transplant. I use to be adventurous when I lived on my own. I loved learning, I loved trying even if it failed. Now I just don't do that stuff anymore. I like the idea of self sufficiency to a point.

I grew the butternut squash too. Lima beans are blooming again & hanging full of beans that will need to be picked next week. Pecans are starting to fall from rhe tree.

Doesn't bother me. It gives me hope to learn.
