In a bit of a funk today so decided tomorrow DS and I are going to take a day trip to the coast(DH has to work) - do some exploring and just see where the day takes us. We haven't had a day for the two of us for a while so it'll be a chance to catch up on how things are really going for with the new school and all that jazz. Looking forward to sometime next week or the week after when my mom has promised to come for a visit.

I need to do that very thing soon. My kids have half days all next week. I'm thinking a stormy beach trip. It's always relaxing regardless of weather. It's time for sure.
