Star, i hope all goes well. Don t accept no junkt. When we refinanced our house about 15 yrs ago, we told them we wanted a fixed rate loan. They came to the closing table with a variable rate loan. When dh & me stood & walkied out they were running after us saying they knew we wanted a fixed rate & they printed the papers within 5 minites.

Dh said we didn t have $3.50 to buy cabbage plants. I think he s tired of my gardening but he doesn t complain when i put it on his plate.

Beets & carrots are coming up. Need to pick limas & pick up pecans today. My back hurts at the thought of it.
