2 chicks in the brooder but dont expect one to make it so right back in the same situation as before . It came a hair early and lost a tiny amount of blood. I stopped the bleeding right away but it has no life to it at all. I got a drop of sav-a-chick w/ sugar down it. No difference The healthy one is snow white full serama .

I guess I was lucky by the time I had glasses my eyes were so bad that being without wasn't really an option...never lost a pair.

Have dd search and check with the school. Perhaps they showed up in the lost and found.

Sooo. Home inspection report came in. They jinkied the heck out of the roof. Sigh. That is a definite they need to fix. There's also "slow drains" (hmm may need sceptic pumped or something went sideways when they did their repairs?)

There's also a few other things...joys of a flip house. There will be half-donkey fixes aplenty.

Can you get a reduction on the price instead? Especially if they are going to do a half-donkied job on the fixes.

Ugh. No one else is broody? I got a Serama who would take the baby in a flash! She is literally more broody than not. Maybe the same lady would take another.

Got new tires on my car. yay! Now it doesn't feel like I will go careening off the road. The old tires were dangerously bad.

And I took all those running kids up to Calistoga.

Back in a bit. Have to hang out some laundry.
