I've known about this method for YEARS because of ServSafe food safety courses I have to take. But one of our friends got one, then two more friends got one, and DH has had a bit of sous vide envy. I told him in July to buy it.

We stopped at a gas station today that had Cinnabon. I was literally drooling. They looked like tiny wedding cakes.

you never had a fresh one. straight off the rack, glazed or glazed w/ chocolate is my fav..

When they are hot I love em. I can't eat them but I love them.

Not boiling. Boiling temp is 212 which would overcook everything. 165 is enough to destroy pathogens (ground beef or reheated foods). It goes down from there.

They are also wifi/blue tooth enabled, so you can activate from your phone. I'm excited to have fewer dishes. I think I can run a sink full of water and use that for cooking.

heart dr called to confirm my appt. for thursday. already got one tomorrow with a different dr. and now I have discovered CB needs to be seen sooner then later.
