not for a mod but have put so much in. Literally everything . roof , all electric, furnice, central air, heat pum, water heater, water softner, ect....... inside could use carpet and dishwasher . Both wore out but thats it. 3 bed 2 bath 2000sq, ft. 2 1/4 + acres. or was it 2 1/2 . 4 outbuildings , fruit orchard , handicap assailable open floor plan.
