Me and my brother used to jump off the top of our shed and my parents did not like that

LOL - been there/done that -- except it was off the roof of the house and onto the trampoline. The thought being it would give an AWESOME bounce, the reality was not so much -- turns out your knees just buckle and you fall down. I was the baby so I was the guinea pig for all of the grand schemes we kids came up with -- and favorite object for all test launches, like the "big blue marshallow" we had one summer --- old water bed mattress blown up HUGE with air, put small person on one side and have large person jump onto it from the other side = small person getting impressive flight time.
I is single child!

That would be DH -- I feel he got cheated out of so much of the adventure of childhood for not having partners in crime.

That's what I had hoped for but then that particular thought/memory escaped thru the cobwebs and was gone.
LOL

We're off sugar (inuding fruits) and most carbs (including all grains and root vegs). We just reintroduced brown rice. And we get cheat times, but I had a cookie at breakfast.

I've dropped 10 lbs in 3 weeks which is a good rate. I also ate TONS of cookie dough last week when I was making tea cakes.

It is effective for weight loss, but what's the long range plan?
