Also got some end of the month books done need to finish that and then the year end stuff as well.

DOES ANY ONE HAVE A BRINE RECIPE FOR HAM HOCKS THEY ARE WILLING TO SHARE I HAVE ONE FROM THE INTERNET BUT

the idea of using bay leaves seems a little strange to me.

They will be good. Keep them whole. I put one in when I make split pea soup with a ham bone. Adds another layer of flavor. I think they use them in corned beef spices too.

Those sound super delicious  :drool

That's a whole lotta pants!!!  What is wrong with people?  :(

I didnt see that about his desk. They should be made to pay for it.
The desk belongs to the company, but the idit's that took it apart needed only to remove 4 screws (literally) Hubs saw the desk & went baserk. Told them & their boss that they were going to put it back together. These were engineers that took this apart. They couldn't figure out how a 30" desk was going to fit thru a 36" opening. The key was to remove the 4 screws that attached a straight section to the curved desk. Once removed the 2 sections easily went thru the door & around the corner, duh....
