Twist I love kraut. Ordered a fermentation kit. Gonna make kraut kefir yogurt kimchi. Gonna start sourdough starter as soon as Gd goes to sleep.star, I had 2 pyreneese when I lived at home alone for 10 months. They were so protective. When I worked in the garden one would be close to me & the other would be watching from a rise. Very alert.

Where did you get your fermentation kit? I want to do kraut. I would love a big crock but they are pricey.

Good evening all!

I got three eggs this morning!

I sat out side for a good 30 minutes this morning and watched my Dominique "fix" a nest box...I didn't see her lay but I got a nice light light brown egg...almost a pink color.
It better be hers and not one of my EE's.

I had to take my baby to a boy scout event today.
It was basically a hike through an wildlife park. It was fun!
out of about 20 boys plus parent/parents for each boy my baby stopped..in the middle of the hike to move some big branches off the main path.
Everyone was walking over them or around them at this particular spot and he STOPPed to move them.
My heart melted.
All the other parents were in shock that I didn't help him more these big branches but he wanted to do it by himself.
It was SO DARN SWEET!

Ive been thinking about this "starter" stuff H2O and Jane are talking about to make the drink but I am so worried it will taste too different for me.
