I have great luck with things I don't need!

Easy peasy! If you can read and follow basic instructions then you can do it!

Instructions!? My inner man comes out when I think about instructions

I bought a cheapish chicken coop from TSC and put it together over the weekend. My brother "helped" by looking at instructions and bossing me around. He was wrong btw

Worse - they're like having a newborn AND a toddler in the same body -- they have the needs of a newborn but the mobility and ability to find trouble of a toddler!
 god yes. ATM they haven't learned how to fully use their long legs but they been trying, thankfully ATM they are sleeping in the tub but it won't be long before they'll learn they can jump. Sadly mom can't help much after surgery so I am doing this flight solo x.c

soo tired . just home and all I want to do is take a nap. feet are hurting for some reason. Spent most the time in the van. Dr wanted to know how long it had been since I had my adrenals checked. Seems there is a shot now I am supposed to keep with me at all times. LOL Said she needs a family member she can instruct. She asked for Tom to come back. I told her it wouldnt do any good to tell him anything. I have blood work I need done at 8am ., back on the 9th to deal with the sugar then a follow up for the blood work and adrenals.
Come home to CB standing with 2 tylenol in his hands. He is still in pain . DS ear is bothering him badly. ringing in the ear . Because of autism he has superman hearing. So what he is hearing could be 100 xs worse then what we hear. He even hears what we say in his sleep. AND here comes the bladder cramps. I need someone else to take these children to the drs.
