uh is it legal to sell rare milk via advertising in your state? In MS and most other states that could get you JAILED!

I think it's all in how you label it. ..claim is for animal feed rather than human consumption

all you need is one person to report you to the USDA and you can loose everything :/ that why we do word of mouth only.

depends on what they define as "milk" sales, is it for animal or human? Is it raw or pasteurized? Are the sales only allowed if your licensed or are you able to sell so much milk from X amount of animals?

Ive been reading stuff about the sale of raw milk in Texas...
