DUCK ! The sky is gonna start falling.

Its a constant hurt and hurt to take deep breath. But, hurts worse when I move so thats why I figure muscle. I twisted it but didnt fall on it.

Still cold be ribs. If your bones are fragile,I imagine just the muscles being wrenched like that could cause a fracture.

thats what they say. used the word dust and disintegrated. I will think about going if it dont start to improve but nothing they can do anyway.

Im pretty sure Im done with that mess for a while. hahaa

I can see the one with the big comb, and the bottom one still hatching has a big comb too!  Maybe they just look big since their hair is slicked back??




Sorry to hear you've been sick.  Wanted to ask you about Bernevelders...  do you have them?  recommend them?

All these exotic chickens... hard to keep them straight!

I ended up not getting a Barnevelder because they are big eaters and modest egg producers. The feathers sure are pretty, but hatchery quality is probably not as nice. So fer the Wellie and Lorp I got are nice, although the smaller Wellie keeps trying to pull off the Lorp's beak! Maybe she needs some protein! Plenty of aphids on the kale plants... I will see if she wants some tomorrow.

Oh not a problem Hun. They sound very much alike. Feeling much better thank you. Sorry to read that your back is hurting bad. These darn back problems stink.

These babies are determined cuddlers! They break out looking for hugs. When they see us watching they crowd the glass.

Another Mavis egg has pipped. Keep reminding myself that the first pip can take 24 hours to progress. not everything is going to popcorn like these project birds.

Had to fold a load of clothes so I went missing for a minute. Have chicks hatching today. Bator ram 1/2 a degree warm so hatch started on day 20. Crazy thing the first pip this afternoon was on the marked #1 egg, it was the first to hatch as well. Then another egg pipped but couldn't see the number I had on the egg until the chick started knocking eggs around. 2nd egg pipped is egg #2. Went and checked a bit ago to see it it was making any progress & a 3rd egg has pipped. Your not going to believe it, but it is egg #3. Curious to see who hatches or pips next. For some reason they thing they must do it in numerical order
